Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact
- Product must be in resalable condition
3. Inspection
Returned products will undergo quality inspection before approval of refunds or exchanges.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 10 working days after successful inspection.
5. Fraudulent Returns
If a returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing tags, or replacement with a different item, the return request will be rejected and the product may be returned back to the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
